Candy Corn Bandit...

This unit can be purchased from teacherspayteachers.com. We started the hunt today, and the kids were very put out with that stinky bandit! "I'm calling the police!" and "It's on now buddy!" were shouted by many of my furious students (so funny). The unit is not free, but totally affordable (and totally worth it). Check it out!

Going Buggy...

Here's my insect glog! All of the ants on the top are games. I'll put more data and links up after spring break...maybe! Baseball, karate, and cub scouts are killing this "Little Kid" teacher/momma!

Batman...I mean...Vowel man!

I ran across this cute video on youtube today.

Jack Hartmann...

My kids absolutely love the singer Jack Hartmann! He's got 2 awesome DVD's that we sing along with almost daily. His songs are filled with academic skills, and well, are just plain fun! Here are some songs that an awesome person has made into a video. These videos can be found on youtube.com.

They don't stay little forever...

Since my little man is getting into some big kid math I'd  thought I would brush up. As the saying goes...If you don't use it, you lose it! Well, after teaching teeny tots for so many years I am lucky I can count pass 100 (ok, maybe 150). (;
Here is a great math tutorial site on youtube.com...check it out!

You can set up your class, grade level, math and ELA activities, and monitor their progress...all for FREE...you got that right...FREE! They will be adding new subjects in the next week or so. Please check it out!
